Booking and Communication Guidelines

  • All correspondence related to tours and travel service bookings should be addressed to Yatra Sukham Tour and Travels.
  • The itinerary mentioned in the package is tentative and subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Policy

Domestic Packages:

  1. 20% of the package cost is required as a token amount to book any package.
  2. 30% of the package cost is due upon receiving hotel confirmation vouchers.
  3. The remaining 50% is payable upon arrival.

International Packages:

  • 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking for confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Domestic Packages:

  • Cancellation 90 days or more before departure: 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
  • Cancellation 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.

International Packages:

  • Following booking confirmation, no refund will be issued.

Note: 5% file charges will be deducted from the package cost in case of cancellation.


General Conditions

  1. No refund is payable for any unused services.
  2. Coach tickets, ferry tickets, internal flights, and sightseeing tickets are non-refundable once issued.
  3. Exchange rates will be applied as of the final payment date.
  4. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a “no show,” with no refunds. For SIC & private transfers, drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.
  5. The vehicle is booked as per the itinerary. Additional kilometers or route changes are subject to additional charges.

Accommodation and Facilities

  • Cooking in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited, with heavy penalties for non-compliance.
  • Most hotels provide Wi-Fi only in public areas like the lobby, not in rooms.
  • Yatra Sukham Tour and Travels, along with the hotel team, is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables/passports.
  • Read all emails carefully to understand booking contents and pricing. Email correspondence forms part of your contract with us upon booking finalization.

Identification and Documentation

  • Travel vouchers and flight tickets should match your original passport; inform us of any discrepancies at least 7 days prior to travel.
  • All travelers, both Indian and foreign nationals, must bring valid ID (passport with visa, voter ID, or current driver’s license).
  • Failure to provide valid ID may result in denied accommodation, with no liability on the company.
  • For additional adults, some hotels provide extra mattresses instead of beds; please inform us in advance if an extra bed is required.

Health and Accessibility

  • Please inform us in advance of any allergies, or serious health issues, or if you require accessibility accommodations, as some hotels do not have elevators.
  • Most hotels have check-in times of 14:00 and check-out times of 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.

Meals and Dining

  • If meals are included, they will follow a set or buffet menu. Any items not in the standard menu will incur extra charges.
  • Some hotels offer “meal credit” in lieu of a buffet during low occupancy, with any overages paid directly to the hotel.
  • Standard meal timings are 07:00–09:00 for breakfast and 19:00–22:00 for dinner.

Vehicle and Sightseeing Guidelines

  1. Yatra Sukham Tour and Travels reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
  2. Drivers will not drive in no-entry zones, narrow streets, or areas prone to traffic jams. Driving time is limited to 10 hours per day, with 12-hour service available upon prior arrangement.
  3. Some tourist destinations, hill stations, and markets restrict larger tourist vehicles and require additional transport at the guest’s expense.
  4. If the vehicle parking area is distant from sightseeing spots, guests are responsible for reaching the destination from the parking area.

Tour and Itinerary Adjustments

  • Route and tour destination changes require prior intimation, and amended routes may incur additional charges.
  • Rates are subject to change based on fluctuations in fuel prices, with a rate increase possible if there is a fuel cost surge exceeding 5% from the date of advance booking.
  • In case of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative vehicle as soon as possible; if the delay is minor, the vehicle will be repaired.

Force Majeure and Liability

  • No cancellation or refund will be issued for events beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, transport cancellations, political crises, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  • Yatra Sukham Tour and Travels is not liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, or thefts occurring during the tour.
  • If errors in travel documents are identified, please update us at least 7 days prior to the departure date.

Legal Jurisdiction

  • All claims, disputes, and litigation related to tours arranged by Yatra Sukham Tour and Travels shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.
